Crash or freeze

Force-quit Orb and reopen it. If the problem persists, restart your iPhone and try again. Still stuck? Email us with what you were doing right before the crash.

Purchases & restores

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. If a purchase doesn’t appear, check your Apple ID purchase history in Settings → Apple Account → Media & Purchases. You can also use “Restore Purchases” inside the app when that option is available.
