This Privacy Policy describes how Orb (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use the Orb mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Orb is designed as a lightweight game. We do not require an account to play. Depending on how the App is configured and updated over time, we may collect:
- Information you provide, such as a display name or support emails you send us.
- Device and diagnostic data if you choose to share crash logs or analytics, or if we integrate analytics or crash reporting tools in a future update—we will describe what is collected in-app or in an updated policy.
- Purchase information processed by Apple when you buy in-app items; we do not receive your full payment card details.
Local storage
The App may store preferences and progress (for example, level unlocks or settings) on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data stays on your device unless you delete the App or clear its data.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate and improve the App
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with law and protect our rights
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us run the App (such as hosting or analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
